You are an IDEAL candidate if…

Dates and Schedule for the “You In 6 Weeks” Transformation Program
Program Start and Finish Dates:
January 9, 2012-February 20, 2011

The Early Bird Advantage

Measurements must be completed before the January 9th starting date. You can register any time (based on availability) from now until January 9th. Anyone who completes their initial measures between our re-opening on January 2 until the 9th may join our Group PT classes free for the “Early Bird Advantage.” All final measurements must be booked, completed and submitted no later than closing on February 23, 2012. (It is recommended that you book your final measures appointment at the beginning of your program to ensure the best chance of meeting the deadline with an appointment at a convenient time.)

Training Sessions:
You will have 3 group training sessions per week (3 different time slots available, based on limited availability) and be required to complete additional cardio sessions as perscribed.

Nutrition:
You will be given a full nutrition program guide at your weigh in. This will include a full program breakdown including food choices, caloric reccomendations and supplementation suggestions.

Coaching:
The coaching sessions will be scheduled weekly. The exact days and times will be provided during the program.
